Real-time Dashboard

The real-time dashboard is a great way to view a consolidated snapshot of all of your active processes. In addition to seeing graphs and charts of the most active processes, you can also view faulted and suspended processes.

Process and Server Administration

The ActiveVOS Server Console provides a central location from which to manage and configure the ActiveVOS process engine and its deployed resources. From here you can tune server properties such as queues and pool sizes. You can administer high-availability and failover features, such as clustering, multi-site and multi-tenancy. You can also adjust alerts, data access, identity, email, messaging, ActiveVOS Central and eventing services. The ActiveVOS server console also provides mechanisms to perform process scheduling and deploy new business process archives.


ActiveVOS provides a lightweight and unobtrusive framework with extensive monitoring capabilities. The framework allows you monitor overall server health, performance and throughput at a glance. In addition the framework helps you to quickly identify resource and service bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis in the event of process exceptions, and respond with corrective actions. Process rewind offers the ability to visually-rewind a process to a specific activity and redo the work without having to invoke any of the built-in compensation logic, giving organizations unprecedented flexibility in managing running, in-flight processes. Hide this content.


The reports feature allows you to generate highly detailed process or task based reports in a number of consumable formats. Process -based reports provide greater detail about active, completed, running, faulted, or suspended process states. Task-based reports show information about active, unclaimed, started, or suspended human tasks. You can export reports as Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint, EPS or Adobe PDF. Print report formats include HTML or PDF.


The catalog feature lets you readily view the content of the server catalog. This includes items such as process, service and partner definitions, task and index properties and business process archives.
