BPMN Designer
ActiveVOS uses the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) standard for easy development of process models that can be transformed into executable Business Process Execution Language (BPEL). With ActiveVOS, business analysts and IT staff can easily collaborate on the development and deployment of sophisticated services-based BPM and SOA applications
BAM and BI
ActiveVOS includes integrated Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) capabilities to enhance visibility into the state of the business. Standard reports deliver commonly-desired information. Easy customization capabilities and a universal console allow any type of report to be easily created, viewed and shared.
Complex Event Processing
ActiveVOS is the first visual orchestration system to include an integrated complex event processing (CEP) engine. With ActiveVOS, CEP is a deployment time attribute, making it easy to add CEP applications without changing running processes. In addition, ActiveVOS's 100% standards-based BPEL engine automatically emits the events required by the CEP engine, making it seamless to add CEP to orchestration and BPM applications.
Production Control
ActiveVOS delivers unprecedented visibility into production operations. Here, a running, production process is being reviewed. In the ActiveVOS universal console, the user can "step back" in time to see what logical paths were taken and inspect any or all variables. If a process was suspended or terminated due to an error, it's also possible to fix the problem and continue or restart the process, Note that the representation of the process in the "time machine" is exactly the same representation as the developer works in, making collaboration between IT operations and developers easier.
